The seed of SLASHROBOTS was first planted in Minnesota back in 2006. I was part of a three-piece emo band called 36th & Regent. We played a lot of small shows that no one came to.

I made the choice to break the band up when I enrolled in college. Yeah, I’m that guy. For a brief time after, I played solo shows under the name Gary Piano.

For now, all of the songs featured here are reimagining of those old 36th & Regent and Gary Piano songs. Many have never been heard by anyone but me until now. I hope you enjoy them.
